Healing is the process of becoming I. The ending of earthly suffering happens through the expansion of our perception beyond the perception limited by our mind. Through the development of our mind from the concepts of mind-imprinted reality, we arrive at the spiritual opening, the realisation and internalisation of our I-ness. The unmasking of fear and guilt as constructs of our mind to reduce earthly suffering leads us to reconciliation with our past, to forgiveness of our humanity. This process of self-redemption is guided in a total of 24 lessons.
