The modern work of educator training is oriented towards the age and experiences of the students and promotes active engagement in open teaching formats within the training institution through concrete practical and learning situations. Practical and learning situations include, among other things, partner and group work, research, projects, and excursions. An advantage for the instructor is the learning field-oriented and design-open presentation. The work takes into account the cross-regional curriculum for educators. The development in educator training is progressing rapidly. The texts, tables, and data have been updated where necessary, and new topics have been added. New chapters include: Learning, Personality Development in Adolescence, and Resilience. The entire learning field "Social Educational Work" is professionally designed.
