Sozialpädagogik bei Pestalozzi

The book presents the social pedagogy of Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi, along with his educational theory and practice. It includes a hermeneutic analysis of the concept of social pedagogy from the perspective of Pestalozzi's educational philosophy. The analysis traces the complexity of social pedagogy by examining its historical, political, economic, educational, and social contexts, as well as Pestalozzi's significance in the development of social pedagogy. To characterize this influence, we describe the evolution of education in the 18th century, outline Pestalozzi's concept of social pedagogy, and trace the emergence of social pedagogy as both a theory and practice. We conclude that social work and social pedagogy, based on the conducted investigations, are the result of Pestalozzi's efforts to connect education and labor, aiming to improve the living conditions of individuals in society.
