Joachim Schuster is a successful family entrepreneur. He takes over his father Paul's medical supply store, which he built up in the socially deprived town of Senningen. Joachim meets his childhood sweetheart Susanne again, rather by chance. Memories are awakened of their school days together. They move in together. When their daughter Tina is born, their happiness seems complete. But the idyll is deceptive. Suddenly his private and professional existence is at stake. Strange things happen when a caregiver takes care of Joachim Schuster's mother, who suffers from dementia. Crimes from the past surface.
