Peter Lenk (June 6, 1947, in Nuremberg) is a German sculptor from Bodman-Ludwigshafen on Lake Constance. With his sculptures made of cast concrete, he satirically depicts social injustices he perceives. These works are often seen as provocative but always spark discussions. Among his nationally recognized works are the Imperia (1993) at the entrance to the harbor in Constance, the triptych Ludwig's Legacy (2008) at the former Baden customs house in Ludwigshafen on Lake Constance, and the so-called Pimmel over Berlin (2009). The 7th edition has been supplemented with The Ship of Fools (2018) in Bodman and Stuttgart 21 - The Monument (2020) at the Stuttgart City Palace.
