The energy flows (meridians) are embedded like streams and rivers in the landscape of the body. This simple exercise program helps to get the Qi flowing in the body. Open a window and ensure fresh air while you perform this self-massage. Sit comfortably and upright in a cross-legged or heels-sitting position, or on a chair. Allow your breath to be full, deep, and natural.
