The now 19th edition continues the renowned commentary on social welfare law in a complete revision compared to the previous edition. The main focus of the commentary is the comprehensive commentary on the legal changes that have occurred since the previous edition, the inclusion of the decisions of the social courts on Social Code Book XII and their critical evaluation, the interlinking of social assistance law with the other areas of social benefits, and the inclusion of the commentary on the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act, which is closely linked to social assistance, including its amendments as of 1 March 2015.
