Volume 2 – School Year 7-10 The new curriculum allows schools individual flexibility in school years 8 and 9. To facilitate this process, Volume 2 is presented as a comprehensive volume. Various spatial examples introduce different regions of the Earth. Chapter 3 presents various methods in a solid and accessible manner, through which assessment and evaluation skills can be developed, including those of the "Learning to Think with Geography" approach. Special attention has been paid to enabling a critical-reflective engagement with technical terms and concepts, as well as representing diverse perspectives. Orientation towards different spatial concepts is helpful in this regard. Utilizing Digital Opportunities An innovative feature is the inclusion of a digital supplementary task for each double page, which can be accessed online via a QR or web code. Interactive exercises address the significance of digitalization. Through illustrative materials and innovative approaches, understanding of geographical processes and dynamics is enhanced. Exercises for reviewing and consolidating knowledge are presented in an engaging manner, and links to external materials encourage transfer and deeper engagement with current geographical topics.
