The sexual self-determination of women and men with disabilities is a legal good that is enshrined in both national legal frameworks and international human rights documents. The book focuses on approaches, discussions, and working methods in German-speaking Switzerland. While the current assessment cannot claim to be exhaustive, it provides a reflection of current offerings regarding the right to sexuality as well as in the context of sexual boundary violations. Based on expert interviews, literature sources, and online presences, working methods on the topic are presented. The book addresses both physical and intellectual disabilities. Additionally, it offers insights into the current challenges of asserting the right to sexuality for people with disabilities in German-speaking Switzerland.
