Unlike the Collector's Edition, which is presented as a large-format portfolio without strict thematic organization, the Trade Edition features a different selection of images, geographically arranged into five chapters: In the Southern Hemisphere, Sanctuaries, Africa, Northern Expanse, Amazonia, and Pantanal. Although both books are compiled from the same body of work, they differ radically in their approach. However, both publications are, of course, fascinating documents of a photographic adventure that has never been seen in such dimensions: Salgado's Genesis project.
