Schweizerisches Recht der kollektiven Kapitalanlagen

The present text edition on collective investment schemes in Switzerland is primarily intended to be useful for practitioners. Following a first and second edition, an updated and significantly expanded version is now available, incorporating the legislative revision (effective since March 1, 2013). Initially, an overview with illustrations is provided for easy and quick understanding of the various subject areas. A tabular overview shows the approval, reporting, and publication obligations for the approval bodies according to the Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA). The CISA and the specific regulations KKV and KKV-FINMA are also included in the publication, along with the most important topic-specific circulars from FINMA and the guidelines from SFAMA.
