Schweizerisches Obligationenrecht Allgemeiner Teil

The present collection of decisions on the general part of the Swiss Code of Obligations includes 110 judgments from federal court jurisprudence. The decisions are divided into 19 thematic areas. Understanding the decisions is intended to be enhanced through a critically detailed discussion of the relevant judicial considerations. Introductory remarks on the various thematic areas, as well as numerous references to Volume I of this work, which contains a systematic presentation of the CO AT, serve the same purpose.
