Schweizer Zahlenbuch 4. Schuljahr. Begleitband

The companion volume to the number book offers a comprehensive range of activities and tasks. It supports teachers in lesson preparation. In addition to an introduction to working with the teaching material, it contains detailed didactic notes for each page of the textbook. The companion volume to the "Swiss Number Book 4" has now been released in a new format. The layout has been revised and redesigned; the content remains unchanged.

New features at a glance:

• Includes a content- and time-structured overview of the topic blocks for each school year

The didactic notes and suggestions for all individual topics in the number book can be found as usual in the main chapter "Daily Practice." Helpful teaching comments address the central questions:

• What is needed?
• What is the focus?
• How can one proceed?
• What could happen next?

To allow teachers to quickly familiarize themselves with the material, the textbook pages and selected pages from the workbook are printed in reduced size; the solutions to the tasks are highlighted in color. Teachers who are using the number book for the first time will be guided through the companion volume in this way.

The CD-ROM contains photocopiable templates, worksheets for quick calculations with solutions, learning goal assessments with solutions, templates for some game boards of the thinking school, solutions for the textbook, as well as selected illustrations for creating overhead transparencies. The photocopiable templates and learning goal assessments are now available as writable PDFs.

Note on using the CD-ROM: A step-by-step guide in the introduction to the CD-ROM shows how easy it is to copy text or images from the available formats and paste them into other files, such as Word.
