In the 2020 revision of corporate law, which comes into effect on January 1, Parliament did not shake the foundations of corporate law, but it did repeal, substantially amend, or add more than 150 articles. Therefore, the 5th edition of "Swiss Corporate Law" is not just a new edition, but a book that has been largely rewritten. Its aim is to present the thoroughly revised corporate law - not just corporate law, but the entirety of it, along with the accounting regulations of the Swiss Code of Obligations - based on many years of practical experience. The book is aimed at lawyers, legal professionals working in administration and companies, auditors and trustees dealing with legal aspects, but also, and above all, at board members who are increasingly challenged by legal issues.
