The Commercial Register Ordinance is the most important implementing regulation of the Swiss Code of Obligations and thus the relevant legal framework for the implementation of Swiss corporate law. This third edition completely revises the classic work by Karl Rebsamen from 1998. In the spirit of the original work, it receives the necessary updates, particularly addressing the new stock corporation law and the revised Commercial Register Ordinance, both of which came into effect on January 1, 2023.
