Compliance (PrintPlu§)

The regulatory density in the area of compliance is so high that it has become difficult for many practitioners to keep track. Alongside the increasing regulation, law enforcement has also intensified, and the risks (liability, criminal and regulatory prosecution) have increased for companies. This work provides practitioners with a simple and easily understandable overview of the topic of compliance. In addition to outlining the regulatory requirements for companies, it presents the most materially significant areas of law due to the threats of sanctions, including antitrust law, anti-corruption law, and regulations on anti-money laundering, as well as the compliance measures required for these areas of law.
