It is the interaction with other people that allows individuals of different ages and backgrounds to appreciate learning as a valuable experience and to find joy in the process of learning. Reciprocal communication, active collaboration, and taking responsibility for learning processes are by no means a given. The necessary stimuli and support for this will be examined more closely in this paper. The book is aimed at teachers, lecturers, and adult educators, as well as those who aspire to become one. Our goal is to encourage teamwork and group work in classes and courses. At the same time, we provide the tools for successful work with new teaching methods.
