Product details
Oliver Geisselhart, described by ZDF as "Germany's number one memory trainer," was already Europe's youngest memory trainer in 1983. The "memory pope" captivates his audience with wit, charm, and spirit. He has been awarded the "Conga Award" three times in a row. Known through ARD, ZDF, RTL, Bild, Capital, FAZ, and others, he is booked worldwide by companies such as Bosch, BASF, Microsoft, Lufthansa, and BMW for employee and customer events. Over a million people are already successfully using his Geisselhart technique for memory training. Helmut Lange is a graduate educator and consultant. As a seminar leader, he specializes in team coaching, self-management, and memory training, inspiring participants in his seminars and courses for many years.
Storing 1,000 vocabulary words easily, securely, quickly, permanently, and with fun is possible with the keyword method by Helmut Lange and Oliver Geisselhart. The method is as simple as it is brilliant: Each English vocabulary word is linked to a brain-friendly image or short video with its translation. By simply reading and visualizing these often very funny scenes in one's mind, the vocabulary is learned. This allows for playfully and effortlessly learning 100 to 200 words in just one hour. For example, to learn the German meaning "Dach" of the English word "roof" more easily, one can imagine a person standing on a roof, cupping their hands to form a funnel, and loudly calling out into the surroundings. The authors describe numerous pairs of vocabulary with corresponding mnemonic devices in the book and explain the system so thoroughly that every reader will be able to build their own bridges after reading the book. Moreover, learning languages has never been so much fun.
