Product details
John Armleder, Beat Streuli, Zilla Leutenegger, Yves Netzhammer, Balthasar Burkhard, Thomas Flechtner, and Cécile Hummel: Since 1975, Credit Suisse has been building a collection of Swiss contemporary art that now comprises around 5,000 works. This collection particularly includes groups of works by individual artists as well as projects created for specific locations. For the first time, the Credit Suisse collection is presented in book form: In over three hundred images that showcase the artworks in their usual places within the bank's spaces, and in analytical texts, 16 site-specific projects and groups of works by 30 artists are introduced. An illustrated inventory of the collection's activities over the last ten years can be found in the appendix. It is an exceptionally beautifully designed compendium of this prestigious collection.
