Saucen und Pasta

The new book by Le Saucier Fabian Lange! Together with co-author Antonio Colaianni, Fabian has devised sophisticated pasta recipes based on classic and newly interpreted sauces. Fabian's family was also involved again. His wife Kathrin - graphic designer and illustrator - designed the book, and the two children have been busy making pasta. All this love (also for detail) from the strong author couple is reflected in this book full of fine, varied and fresh pasta recipe ideas: in approachable, authentic, family-like pictures.
