Sacha Inchi

The Sacha Inchi nut, a mountain nut from the Peruvian Andes, is a special kind of Inca gold. An oil is extracted from the seeds of the fruit, which is very healthy and also tastes good. What makes this oil special is its unusual fatty acid composition: particularly the high content of healthy omega-3 fatty acids, which is almost 50%, is unmatched and a real competitor to often pesticide-contaminated fish oil.
