Russisch kochen mit dem Thermomix®

Russian cuisine is very diverse and extremely popular in Germany as well. The two authors, Lena Kruglova and Anna Matershev, known on social media as the Thermitwins, were born near Moscow but have lived in Germany for a long time. In their book, they combine their love for Russian cuisine with their enthusiasm for the Thermomix kitchen appliance. With simple step-by-step instructions and beautifully illustrated recipes, they show readers how to easily prepare classics like the soup Borscht, the salad Olivier, or the cabbage rolls Golubzi. Of course, the popular dumplings Pelmeni, Pirogi, Vareniki, and Manty are also included. Additionally, there are many recipes for traditional Russian desserts such as the semolina cake Mannik, the honey cake Medovik, and the nut-shaped cookies Oreschki. All recipes have been prepared using the Thermomix.
