Product details

One day in Germany, the oxygen level in the air begins to decline: slowly, but steadily. The government strives to ensure the safety and health of its citizens. The economy senses a phenomenal market opportunity. Science knows why the oxygen level is dropping: the trees have stopped photosynthesis. But no one knows why. There is only an absurd theory: the trees are on strike. While some powerful figures in business and politics pull all the strings to exploit the situation for their personal gain, a group of young adults takes the strike theory seriously and tries to persuade the trees to resume oxygen production. A fast-paced, darkly comedic, and hopeful parable about our society's relationship with nature.
