The writer Peter Aaron sits down to write the life story of his friend Ben Sachs. But where to begin? He could start with the murder. Or perhaps better with the fact that a terrorist is carrying out attacks on statues of liberty across the country? That a woman finds an address book and assumes a new identity? It doesn't matter: Aaron wants to bring the truth to light before the FBI draws its own conclusions.
