This work was very important to raise awareness among health authorities about where the problem lies. The World Health Organization defined health as a state of complete physical, social, and mental well-being and not merely the absence of disease. These definitions justify the concept of sanitary facilities as a series of measures for the environment in which we live, and the education of the population to take care of these in order to protect human health.
