Palatinate murders are sweeter. A dead body in a cemetery is actually nothing special—unless it’s lying on a grave, freshly deceased and in a completely unnatural way. Clearly, this is a case for the Franconian-Palatinate investigator dream team Paula Stern and Bernd Keeser. The trail leads them straight to a pastry shop known throughout the Palatinate for its chocolates—a particularly challenging case for Keeser, especially since he has just been put on a strict diet by his very own public prosecutor.
