It covers 56 topics from daily pharmacy practice, the most important questions for patients, red flags that exclude self-medication, an overview of available therapy options, information on individual product groups, as well as valuable topic-related tips and tricks from practice. This work has already proven itself multiple times in pharmacy assistant vocational schools as supplementary teaching material for training purposes and in courses for aspiring pharmacists preparing for exams in the OTC sector. It is therefore ideally suited for daily work at the counter, whether for trainees, newcomers to the profession, or experienced staff in the pharmacy.
