Product details

Regine Moser and Andrea Saxer focused on how companies can retain their valuable personnel for as long as possible. After the introductory chapter, the sustainable retention of personnel and the work-life balance with regard to high potentials are examined in more detail. This is followed by a description of the research design and selected results from the quantitative and qualitative study, separated by company, before internal and intercompany comparisons are made. Finally, the results are discussed and design recommendations made. The authors are winners of the Prize of the Bernese Society for Personnel Management (BGP) for outstanding human resources theses in 2002, winners of the Prize of the Swiss Society for Organization and Management (SGO) in the category Li.
