Repetitorium Europarecht

The Repetitorium provides a concise overview of the extensive and complex law of the European Union. In order to establish the necessary preliminary understanding for the content, design and implementation of the individual subject areas regulated at the European level, the development, status and structures of the European Union as well as the tasks and modes of action of its institutions are explained on the one hand. On the other hand, the general economic legal matters (e.g. fundamental freedoms, competition law, commercial law or intellectual property law) are dealt with in detail and the specific sub-areas are presented in their essential outlines. The presentation of the legal relations between the European Union and Switzerland, in particular the content of the various bilateral agreements, is also part of the revision course.
