Product details

Who or what guides our existence? For centuries, people have been preoccupied with the supernatural and have placed the search for the essence of the world at the center of their existence. The history of religion and belief tells of the Nordic, Greek, Roman, and Egyptian gods, as well as the mysticism of indigenous peoples and the central world religions that continue to shape our coexistence today. Especially in light of globalization and the pluralization of society, religiosity is a highly relevant topic. However, to understand the present, the confrontation between beliefs, and the various tensions, a historical perspective is not only helpful but necessary. Only by considering the knowledge of the cultural and traditional starting points is it possible to shape the future. Therefore, our aim is to process all those (long) past works that reference religion and belief systems in the highest possible quality, preserving their ancient charm and making them available at an affordable price.
