This book is designed for those who want to understand life. The author Kenjirô Yoshigasaki Sensei was born in 1951 in Kagoshima, Japan. He began practising yoga at the age of 10, then aikidô and other martial arts, and also studied Zen Buddhism, Shintôism, the Christian religion and Islam. In 1971, he spent a year studying yoga in India. He became an Aikidô teacher in 1973 and has been teaching Ki and Aikidô in Europe since 1977. He now looks after more than 120 dôjô with more than 4,000 students in Europe, South America and South Africa.
