Reiki als Lebensbegleiter

In my book "Reiki as a Companion in Life," I want to share the wonderful experiences I have had throughout my Reiki practice with all those who see Reiki as a path and a purpose in life. The primary focus is on the life principles of Dr. Mikao Usui, along with other life rules and wisdom, as well as the topic "How do I live Reiki." These themes play a crucial role on the Reiki path. Nothing should be done out of obligation, but rather from pure love. My book describes exercises and life wisdom that you can integrate into your daily life. Reiki should not only be used when one is in pain, but it should be incorporated into life. Reiki can positively influence our lives when we live Reiki. In everyday life, we are confronted with worries and problems.
