Realisierung eines Management Cockpits

In more and more companies, the demand for reporting and structured analysis tools as well as performance measures in the form of electronic reporting is increasing. The motto is: Business Intelligence instead of Data Warehousing! The task is to structure, design and integrate data in order to ultimately make it available to individual decision makers or the entire management in a transparent and visual form. The bachelor thesis aims to show the realization of a management cockpit that aims to improve the communication of decision-relevant information within the management team in order to support the decision-making process. The Management Cockpit serves not only as a simple visualization tool. The decision-makers use it as a control and guidance center for the primary sub-routines.
