Ravensburger Die kleine Eule

After Christine Georg, who was born in Iserlohn in 1958, learned a "proper profession" as an industrial clerk, she realized her artistic dream. She studied communication design with a focus on illustration at the University of Applied Sciences in Dortmund. For over twenty years now, she has been working as a freelance illustrator. In her free time, Christine enjoys getting to know different countries and their people, as well as exploring animal behavior. She also studies the biographies of interesting individuals. Her experiences are reflected in her work. Above all, she wishes to pass on her love for animals and nature to children. She hopes that children will love her books and be able to identify with the main characters.
