Rauhnacht-Rituale für Frauen

The twelve Rauhnächte (the nights between the years) serve as signposts for our future: Each Rauhnacht represents a month of the upcoming year, allowing us women to set the course for our future destiny during this time and positively influence it. We are encouraged to let go of the past, welcome all that is new in life with open arms, and embark on an exciting journey of consciousness towards our true selves. With great heart, we are guided through rituals from Rauhnacht to Rauhnacht, returning to our primal feminine power. We are supported by twelve female archetypes - from the wild woman to the healer and the shapeshifter - with whose help we nurture and heal our femininity and ourselves. Thanks to numerous exercises and rituals, we discover our feminine potential. We become bolder, more creative, and move forward.
