On the beach promenade of Binz, the paths of Danbi Park and Roland Schiller cross. She is a young, pretty Korean woman who, along with the Lenz brothers, is working as a pickpocket at tourist hotspots. He is an ex-convict planning an art theft on Rügen with his new accomplice. The target is the summer residence of a Hamburg manager. Their chance encounter lasts only two moments, but it has a fatal outcome.
