Quantitative value

Wesley R. Gray, PhD, is the founder and managing member of Empiritrage, LLC, a registered investment advisor with the SEC, as well as Turnkey Analyst, LLC, a company dedicated to educating and sharing quantitative investment techniques with the general public. He is also an assistant professor of finance at the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University, where his research focuses on value investing and behavioral finance. Professor Gray teaches investment management at the master's level and a seminar on hedge fund strategies and operations. His professional and leadership experience includes over fourteen years in building systematic trading systems, trading special situations, and serving as an intelligence officer (Captain) in the US Marine Corps in Iraq and at various locations in Asia. Dr. Gray holds an MBA and a PhD in finance from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
