Quality is being demanded and questioned. Quality is being raised as a standard and evaluation criterion. But what is quality, actually? And what does quality mean in occupational therapy? How is quality management structured in occupational therapy? With a focus on occupational therapy, the theoretical background is explained, and a current overview of the topic of quality is provided. In addition, practical and concrete suggestions for implementing quality development measures in the respective occupational therapy work area are also conveyed.
