Qualidade do Gasto Público Estadual no Brasil

The academic book "Quality of State Public Spending in Brazil" offers a comprehensive analysis of the efficiency and performance level of public expenditures in Brazil. It examines the role of the state and its institutions in promoting social growth and development, while also considering the challenges and influences of social actors and regional circumstances. The study focuses on the areas of education, health, housing, and public safety, analyzing the expenditures of the 26 states as well as the Federal District from 1995 to 2009.
