The Pusteblume Workbook 3 and 4 offers consistently differentiated, action-oriented content and subject-specific methods for Year 3 and 4, covering all subject areas with the exception of topics specific to the federal states. A map of Germany and a map of Europe have recently been added to expand the subject area "space". The new methods workshop from workbook 1 and 2 is continued in volumes 3 and 4. The five subject areas and traffic education begin with an introductory page with motivating impulses and end with a learning test for self-control. Terms marked in the information texts are explained on special lexicon pages - targeted information and looking up terms is systematically practised. The punched and perforated pages can be taken out and completed by the children with their own materials as thematic booklets.
