Product details

The Disclosure Act (PublG) extends the existing accounting regulations for corporations to companies of other legal forms, namely commercial partnerships, sole traders, associations and legal entities under public law. If a company falls within the scope of the PublG, annual or consolidated financial statements must be prepared, audited and published. Family businesses may also be affected by this. The HK-PublG The "Staake/Schülke" is the first commentary to focus on the PublG. The requirements and legal consequences of the accounting and disclosure obligations are presented in detail. Existing room for manoeuvre and instruments are also highlighted. The relevant provisions of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) are also commented on. This eliminates the need to leaf through several works.
