Social pedagogical actions and psychosocial decisions are characterized by an interdisciplinary nature in almost all fields of social work. In addition to social pedagogical expertise, the question of appropriate legal realization within the context of professionally structured decision-making processes plays a crucial role. In this regard, the present book explores the methodological 'how' of resolving the interdisciplinary tension and examines the potential practical feasibility of the so-called 'legal monitoring' as a method of legal realization in the field of general social services. The focus here is on decision-making processes, in which the well-being of the child is the central component.
