Ending an unhappy relationship, changing a hated job, finally moving to the city of your dreams, becoming more self-confident and relaxed – or even just quitting smoking or losing five kilos. Sometimes we reach a point where we feel: This cannot go on! I need to change something in my life! But it's not easy. As urgent as the desire for a break and a fresh start is, the fear of the turbulence that this step brings is just as great. In such a situation, a strong will alone is not really enough. Change is not a battle. For every new beginning, we need a motivation that comes from within: How do I want to live? Who will I be when I become the person I want to be? And then we need a good implementation plan that works even when things don't go perfectly right away.
