Product details
Anna Freud is regarded as the founder of child analysis, and she built a bridge at an early age from the therapeutic reconstruction of childhood experiences to educational work with children themselves. In her Introduction to Psychoanalysis for Educators, first published in 1930, she laid the foundation for her later professional work, which culminated in the founding of the Hampstead Clinic for Children and the Teaching Institute for Analytical Child Psychotherapy. This introduction is written in an easily understandable way, presents complex interrelationships in a comprehensible manner and thus still offers everything necessary for the understanding of psychoanalysis today. Anna Freud ( December 3, 1895 in Vienna; October 9, 1982 in London) was a teacher and psychoanalyst. As Sigmund Freud's youngest daughter, she was his most important colleague in his last years and later his spiritual heir. 1938 emigrated.
