The book is tailored to the vocational training profession of Retail Salesperson. It meets the nationwide uniform examination requirements and covers the entire exam material with nearly 2200 tasks. The content structure is based on the current examination catalog from 2017 and takes into account the conducted staggered examination procedure. Part I offers approximately 1670 practice tasks for the first examination section of the staggered examination procedure, which usually takes place at the end of the second year of training, and is divided into the three examination subjects: Sales and Marketing Measures, Inventory Management and Calculation, as well as Business and Social Studies. Since the subject of Sales and Marketing Measures is assessed in an open format, you will find over 300 tasks integrated into 28 scenarios. Part II provides around 500 open tasks in 46 scenarios to prepare for the examination subject of Business Processes in Retail, which is also assessed in an open format at the end of the training in the second examination section.
