The iterative interplay between social demand and natural supply, mediated by specific spatial-temporal conditions, has produced a multitude and multidimensionality of responses to various environmental problems throughout human history, arising from different anthropogenic populations. In advanced industrial society, this dynamic takes on highly complex forms, and environmental issues threaten the Earth's biosphere as a whole, forcing us to confront this threat, among other things, through the formulation and implementation of a new paradigm: sustainable development. This book presents the fundamental concepts of the relationship between infrastructure work and time and formulates the paradigm of change theory.
