Prophet der Finsternis

The Bavarian clairvoyant and dowser Alois Irlmaier (1894 to 1959) was one of the most important European prophets of the 20th century. He was buried in a bunker during the First World War. For three days and nights he hovered between life and death and had his first visions during this time. During the Second World War, many thousands of people brought him photos of their relatives at the front. And when Irlmaier looked at these pictures of soldiers, he was able to give precise and always accurate information about the fate of the soldier in question. After the Second World War, thanks to his gift for seeing, Alois Irlmaier made a decisive contribution to solving a whole series of spectacular criminal cases, cases in which the police had been unable to make any headway on their own. Finally, in the last years of his life, Irlmaier had visions that apparently reach far into the 21st century. Among other things, he foresaw the murder of the Pope and the collapse of the Catholic Church, a worldwide nuclear war and also devastating climate changes in Europe. In this novel, the author succeeds in giving a gripping account of the life and visions of Alois Irlmaier, and Manfred Böckl also provides deep insights into the mysteries of the paranormal. The appendix part of the book contains all of Alois Irlmaier's prophecies.
