Project management in school

Project management is becoming increasingly important in schools. Frequently, however, there is a lack of competence to use the necessary instruments effectively and efficiently. This book uses three practical examples to explain how project management in schools is successful: - introduction of tablets in the classroom (media-based teaching), - design of a "Train Brain" learning studio for English teaching (introduction of individualised teaching) and - anchoring of a learning volume (change in the learning environment). The structure and structure of the book make it possible to read the practical examples selectively.
