Someone has to save the hero! This book provides more answers than you have questions about being a man. And it does so at a reasonable price. But it also challenges more of what you thought you knew about men than you ever imagined. And that's included in the price. What remains is the timeless question: How do we get men to read this book? Because it's nice that writing housewives publicly ponder this beleaguered gender. But figuring out what it's all about must ultimately be done by the men themselves. Or they should, could, please do so. That's why the authors have written a workshop book that encourages men to see themselves as experts of their own lives and to understand themselves as a project. It's far from settled what masculinity really is. Enough with the sometimes mocking, sometimes exasperating outsiders.
