Programmdesign im Functional Training

Functional training is always oriented towards a person's current physical condition. Strength, mobility, and stability can only be optimally developed when the training is tailored to personal weaknesses and strengths. This book presents tests that analyze a trainee's fitness level in relation to various fitness components, which can then be used to create an individualized functional training program. From the extensive illustrated exercise catalog, the appropriate training content can be specifically selected. The authors explain which and how many exercises from the individual training modules—warm-up, movement preparation, strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, and agility—should be chosen and how they must be combined to create a targeted program based on the test results.
